Alex Love made it on the homepage of the NEW YORK TIMES! How cool is that? She is my sister’s good friend from middle school (?) and high school. Anyways, she’s pretty far down the path to qualifying for the first ever Women’s Boxing in the London Olympics.

A year ago, my parents flew down to Palm Springs for my dad’s birthday and I flew down a few days later, popping out of my sisters car to surprise him. Since we can’t quite match that this year, I’ll write a birthday post.
